Walked away (of my own volition) after three years in an ECD job. The emergence of analytics in advertising aided that decision. Eventually, I enrolled in a program for a look behind that curtain. (Acres of unsorted data back there. And math.) Now I know why we don't overspend on creative anymore. And I have a certificate that might help me win an argument about the fall of mass media. Can't wait for that to happen.
